2- Certificate of description and an assessment letter from the Municipality (request submitted online)
3- Civil ID copies of the people of interest or their attorney's
4- Attendance of the people of interest (seller and buyer) or their attorney's to sign on the forms and the final sales contract
5- In case the sales party is a company with limited liability, query services are available for an extractor with limited responsibility from the ministry of justice officers without the need to request a transcript from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry

- Ninth module: cost approval
