Presence of one of the parties or a representative and if the document is issued from abroad, one of the parties in the document has to be a Kuwaiti citizen – Validation from the Ministry of Affairs if the proof is issued outside Kuwait

Certify or prove a revocable divorce
1- Executive version of the courts' decision
2- Certificate for not getting an appeal and if there is an appeal then an Appellate Judgement is required with a certificate of not obtaining discrimination
3- Civil ID or citizenship for Kuwaitis
4- Civil ID or passport for residents
5- Executive committee letter and an identification regarding illegal residents

Fixed fees: 1.000 KWD, Variable fees: 6.000 KWD in situations of transition from the department
