2- If the owner of the document is dead, limitation of succession information has to be provided with the appliccants' identification (civil id), being one of the heirs or a valid power of attorney if there was an attorney for the heirs

3. Provide the court's decision and the judgement of the highest bidder in an auction in the case of ownership under a provision
